Furthermore, you can enjoy ``Kuroge Wagyu Hitsumabushi'' made with specially selected parts such as zabuton, hameshita, and strawberry! The slightly sweet ``Tamari-dare'', jointly developed with the long-established brewery Yamakawa Jozo, intertwines exquisitely with the sweetness of the meat, complemented by the large, elastic rice ``Hatsushimo'' from contracted farmer Katagiri Farm.◎Exactly carefully selected ingredients. It is a masterpiece of the trinity woven together.
