Kuroge Wagyu beef is the pride of Japan. We aim to be the best value-for-money Yakiniku (Grilled meat) directly managed by a meat wholesaler by purchasing carefully selected Hida beef using our unique procurement route and techniques for processing the whole cow.
Food Stick to “hand-cut”
Our craftsmen use the technique of cutting the whole animal to create the best cuts by hand that suit the individual characteristics of each piece of meat and that go well with the sauce. The texture and taste are exceptional. We only offer meat that is acceptable to us.
