``COLORS.366'' is a gourmet spot that opened on October 31, 2023 along the Horikawa River in Nayabashi.It is Bistro on the second floor that specializes in Mediterranean cuisine and wine.I tried it out on a weekday night. Ta. The interior of the restaurant has about 10 seats at the counter and just 8 tables, and the counter offers a panoramic view of the night view of Horikawa, giving it a very fashionable atmosphere.I entered around 6pm, and there were about 2 other groups of customers. It was quiet, but after that, several groups of customers came in and the place was lively. The menu includes two major specialties such as seafood carpaccio and rich bouillabaisse, appetizers such as terrine de campagne, pork rillettes, and charcuterie platter, hot dishes such as tripe stewed with tomatoes and steamed shellfish in white wine, and Oku Mikawa. There are Meat Dishes such as roasted chicken with spices and pork belly confit, and there are not many types on the regular menu, but the daily menu includes onion gratin soup, seasonal seafood fritto misto, and Ezo venison. There were attractive dishes such as roasted vegetables. Since I was visiting alone that day, I gave up on the bouillabaisse, and instead ordered the seafood carpaccio, carrot rappe, and Oyster and Chinese cabbage gratine. First of all, the carrot rapée is thinly sliced and soft with a lot of flavor.This is my favorite type. Most restaurants where I like Carrot Rapée are always good at it, so I'm looking forward to the next dish. Next is the seafood carpaccio, which costs 1,450 yen, but on this day it has 5 types of red shrimp, tuna, bonito, sea bream, and hamachi, each of which are large fillets, about 3 to 4 pieces each, so it's quite filling. I thought bouillabaisse would be too much for one person, so I chose this one, but this one was too much for one person, which was a happy miscalculation, and the cost performance is excellent. And then there's Oyster and Chinese cabbage gratine, which has the aroma and melty texture of the golden cheese on the outside, and the smooth, mellow flavor inside, with the richness of the gorgonzola inside. Furthermore, the Oyster, crispy Chinese cabbage, and moist bacon all worked well together, and it was delicious. The atmosphere was very nice, so next time I would like to come with someone and have some bouillabaisse. Thank you for the meal.
