Originally, a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant called ``Yutaka Ushimasa'' was operated in this area, but due to the rebuilding of the main store, the restaurant moved to a slightly different location south of Meieki. Now, we have decided to split up Ushimasa and Yutaka and run the business as separate branches. Ushimasa plans to offer reasonable lunches during the day, and a variety of courses centered on original meat dishes at night. For lunch, you get free refills on rice and miso soup. The large fried shrimp set meal consists of two large fried shrimp. The Nagoya miso chicken cutlet set meal, which uses Hatcho miso, is limited to 10 meals a day. Made with Iwate's local chicken, it's hearty♪Recently, the 3rd generation grilled loin bowl and grilled loin curry are also popular◎Kuroge Wagyu beef loin is thinly sliced and lightly grilled. The contents of the freshly fried Fried Skewers change daily. These creative skewers are made with fresh ingredients purchased from the market, such as fish, vegetables, and meat.

We offer courses where you can enjoy authentic meat cuisine at reasonable prices. Among them, [Meat Kappo and Fried Skewers Course] is recommended. You can enjoy our famous "Charcoal-grilled Kuroge Wagyu beef loin with kelp," the transparent "Kuroge Wagyu tail soup" cooked for 18 hours, Fried Skewers, and dragon's eye clay pot rice.
