We offer about 80 types of dishes every day, including ``Kashiwa Umani'' and ``Sardine Tsuke'', which we have inherited since our founding, as well as side Side Dishes and sashimi. In addition to being able to choose your favorite ate from the serving table, you can also order from the daily menu ◎ Since my great-grandfather's time, we have kept our prices low at 270 yen per item. We purchase carefully selected, restaurant-quality ingredients from vendors with whom we have had long-standing relationships, and we strive to provide simple, timeless cooking that will exceed the price tag.

The sake that many people order is the sake that is the face of our store, ``Kamotsuru no Tarukizake.'' It is produced by Kamotsuru Sake Brewery in Saijo, Higashihiroshima City, one of Japan's three major sake breweries. I heard that our store is the only one in the country where you can drink super special Honjozo barrel sake. By putting the special sake into a sake bottle and slowly warming it in the ``Okudo-san'' stove, which has been in use for over 70 years in the store's warming area, the temperature becomes uniform and the taste is indescribable.◎Please enjoy the special taste that can only be found at our store. The spacious two-story store is equipped with table seats, counter seats, and tatami mats. The old-fashioned atmosphere created by the walls and floors as they were in 1950 is attractive. 114 years have passed since my great-grandfather opened the store in 1901.
