今日は名古屋の伏見。
この日は名古屋中心部にて所用があり、まずはその所用を済ませてからのランチタイム。思ったよりもすんなり所用が終わったので、何処さ？でランチを！と思っての食べログ検索。
以前から一度は！と思っていたお店にお電話したところ、お伺いしてもOKという事だったので、お伺いしたのがこちらの「鯛めし楼」さん♪流石創業149年の歴史を感じさせる老舗の雰囲気ですね！
歴史を感じるカウンターに着席し、オーダーは勿論下記を(^^)
○鯛めしランチ 3000円
→大凡10分弱で着膳。鯛めし、吸い物、香の物という非常にシンプルな構成ですね。とりあえず鯛めしの蓋を取ると…鯛でんぶがお重一杯に敷き詰められています！そして一度箸を入れて鯛めしを取るとその鯛でんぶの層が非常に厚い事に驚かさせます♪そして頬張ると…鯛でんぶが羽毛布団のようにふかふかなんです！なんと上品なんでしょ♪ご飯にはおそらくタレが掛かっていますが、それもでんぶの味わいを邪魔したりしませんね！吸い物の鯛の身も綺麗な味わいですし、香の物も良い感じでした。
鯛めしはこのまま完食するよりも冷めた鯛めしが間違いなく美味しいと感じたので少し残して持ち帰りましたが、間違いなかったですね！あと〆はコーヒーをサービスしてくださいました(^^)
少しお値段は張りましたが、歴史ある品の良い空間で上品な鯛めしとふかふかの鯛でんぶに癒されました♪ご馳走さまでした。
