名古屋市は伏見駅の6番出口を上って路地に入つた所に、
こちらのお店を見つけました。
銀のアルミの引き戸が入り口で、
いかにも魚屋さんといった風情の店構。
店内も市場にあるような、簡単な作りのテーブルと椅子がある
そんな雰囲気になっていて、いい感じです。
ただし、こちらのお店喫煙可、なのでご注意を。
食べたいものをザーッと注文しました。
まずは飲み物と一緒に突き出しが出て来ました。
こちらのお店の突き出しは、ランダムなようで、
タケノコのおひたしのようなものと、イワシの甘辛煮が出て来ました。
もう、これがすでに美味しいんですよ。
これは期待ができるお店だなと、いい予感がしましたよ。
さて、まず最初に出て来たのが名古屋名物のどて煮。
これがもう、濃厚でくどくて最高に美味しい！
スジ肉とこんにゃくとごぼうが赤味噌で柔らかく煮込まれていて、
白米があったら永遠にお代わりしたくなる味。
続いては、マグロの燻製にクリームチーズが乗ったもので、
燻製されたマグロが、淡白ながらもいい香りと歯ごたえがあり、
そこに優しいコクのクリームチーズが合わさると、絶品のおつまみになるんですね。
わさび風味の大根サラダを挟んで出て来たのは、
これまた私の大好物の大アサリ。
酒と醤油ですかね、グツグツと焼かれたその身は、
淡白ながらもねっとりとした食感があり、
旨味が濃くてやっぱり美味しいなー。(・∀・)
熱々の手羽先もいただきましたよ。
こちらのお店のは甘辛いタレとゴマが効いていて、
コショウはかかっていないので、
うん、あのお店風だなと。（笑）
最後に出て来たのが、グラム単位で注文できるという、
あっさり赤身の牛ランプ肉。
ちょっと冷めた状態で出て来たのが残念でした。
わさびソースであっさりと、ということでしたが、
私的にはもう少し塩が効いててもよかったかな。
お店の方の感じも良くて、のんびりできる雰囲気もいい。
料理も総じて美味しいし、価格も納得。
