焼魚定食850円を頂きました。焼魚、刺身、お茶漬けセット、白飯、味噌汁、漬物の構成です。
刺身は石鯛、烏賊、鮪、鰤の四種。特に烏賊は雑味なく甘味とトロリとした食感。旨い。
身厚な焼鯖は綺麗な焼色。直火という焼き方では無いようだ。しっとりした食感のためだろうか腹身の脂もしつこくない。旨い。
味噌汁は大根、人参、牛蒡、しめじ、葱の具が味噌汁から顔を出す。野菜の旨味が立つ。
お茶漬けセットは味噌、白胡麻、塩昆布、茗荷。これと無料の生卵を活用して自前で海鮮丼を作ることができる。
総じて、お値打ちランチ。清算後に持帰り用に缶珈琲がサービスされている等、気配りがあり満足度の最大化を追求されているような印象。気になるメニューがある。次回の楽しみとしよう。
