Came to the store around 11:35 on a public holiday Wednesday. Please write your name in front of the store at the top of the stairs and then line up. There were 2 groups of 3 people waiting. Entered the store in about 10 minutes. There were probably 7 tables for 4 people inside. The reason I was waiting was not because the place was full, but because they were waiting for me to enter the restaurant slowly while completing a certain amount of orders. It was smaller than I imagined. The table was separated by a partition, and it felt like two groups of one to two customers were sitting there. There is a partition right in front of you, so you may feel a little pressured. The order is 2,400 yen for Wagyu top skirt steak (limited to 10 servings) and 100 yen for egg. The rice bowl arrived in about 35 minutes. I'm glad it's a holiday with no plans, but it's too late during lunch time at work. As for the taste, the meat was delicious and the sauce on the rice was also delicious. Since it was a mawashi dish, I had to add seasonings while pouring it into a bowl, and since I couldn't imagine how it would taste when I added the soup stock, I tried it with less meat in the middle rather than at the end. It was very delicious. I had it with a little bit of meat. At the end, I had it as usual and finished it off. It was delicious, but I wanted a little more volume.
