At Momo-tei, we are particular about grilling our meat over charcoal. This is because the aroma and taste are completely different. In addition, we use a smokeless roaster that eliminates the smell, smoke, and odor that come from eating Yakiniku (Grilled meat) on your precious clothes and suits.
