I reserved the Akatsuki course and arrived at 11:45 on Saturday. I happened to see an eel restaurant on TV called Besscon Gourmet that caught my attention (the phone started ringing during the broadcast, and apparently they had 200 reservations on Tabelog in no time). It's a nice building, and apparently it also houses a sushi restaurant and Meat Dishes... I enjoyed the course while drinking a Chita highball and a Chochin Junmai Ginjo Ichigo. From 3 types of appetizers to sashimi. The sashimi of tuna, flounder, and squid is also delicious. From here, enjoy the eel. Followed by grilled liver, eel rolls, and unagi zaku. The well-seasoned grilled liver was sprinkled with the recommended Japanese pepper. It smells good...and tastes overwhelming. Excellent compatibility with Chochin. Eel and Japanese pepper wrapped in a melty egg. good. After refreshing myself with the eel zaku, I moved on to the main dish, the otsumabushi. I cut it into quarters, sprinkled it with Japanese pepper, mixed it in, mixed it with the seasonings, poured it with the seasonings and stock, mixed it with the seasonings, and then left a little bit of it aside and poured the stock over it and ate it. Dessert didn't come out easily, but I finished it and paid the bill.
