バレンタインの夜は : shunsaikurabuuroko

"What should we do for Valentine's Day❓?" I got a call from the food fighter, and we decided to go on a date in Nagoya, halfway between me in Tokyo and my girlfriend in Kobe. When I asked her what she wanted to eat, she immediately replied, "Crab shabu-shabu!!" I love Uroko in Nishiki-san, which I visited in January last year, and tried to go there once at the end of November last year, but the restaurant was closed at the time of relocation. I tried to visit again last month, but it was closed on Sundays, so I was very happy to return. Before dinner, I went shopping at Parco because I wanted some spring clothes lol The new Uroko is on the second floor of the building. The other floors were almost entirely taken up by the ◯⚪︎◯kura building, which surprised me. On the day, the entrance to the building was a flower garden, probably because it was the cast's birthday. Well, the entrance to the store was also gorgeous, and I was excited. The crab shabu-shabu, which is the food fighter's favorite, was as delicious as ever. I wasn't satisfied with the crab shop in Meieki in January, but after eating the crab shabu-shabu at Uroko, I can't go anywhere else. Crab, Yakiniku (Grilled meat), shabu shabu Sukiyaki, eel and sushi are the most popular restaurants for her. When I told the staff "See you next year, happy new year!" when I left the restaurant, she immediately replied "Oh, summer is coming again!!" She must have really liked it lol. Thank you for the chocolate. Let's go to Sushi in Tokyo at the end of the month.

フードファイターとの新年最初の夕食は蟹しゃぶ。蟹料理はいくつかお店が出てくるものの、蟹しゃぶは生食できる鮮度との事で、錦3丁目の鱗に決定。鳥銀本店や美月は、錦3丁目でも割と端に位置しているものの、鱗があるエリアはまさにど真ん中。夜はあまり立ち入りたくない場所ですが、フードファイターのたっての願い、しょうがないなぁ。
ビルの2階に在るお店で、入り口から奥に向かって右側にカウンター、その奥が個室。カウンターは3組がカップル。鍋じゃないからカウンター？私達カップルだけど、カウンターじゃないのは何故？まあいいや。
さて、蟹です。鍋は手軽な料理のはずですが、蟹となると一気に大変な作業との戦い。
それでも、フードファイターにとっては、今シーズン初めての蟹との事で、堪能頂けた様子。また来よーと申しておりました。
