ビジネスディナーで伺いました。今回他のお客様なくて貸し切りです(笑)。稚鮎のフリット(鮎が泳いでいるような盛り付けで美しい。ほろ苦く美味しいですね)、メジマグロのタルタル(新鮮です)、フォアグラと穴子の炙り(小さな逸品)、生雲丹のクリームパスタ(看板。クリーミーでとっても美味！)、鰆(三重県尾鷲市、瑞々しく美味しい)、ステーキ(希少牛！)、デザート(別腹っす)、ワインのマリアージュも良かったですね。美味しかった。また必ず伺います。ご馳走様でした！！^_^
