Our curry stew udon is unique in that the noodles, roux, and soup stock are all cooked in one clay pot. Our homemade noodles are made by skilled craftsmen while adjusting the temperature and humidity of the day! Curry Roux blends spices and onions in our own factory. It is slowly cooked in a large pot, giving it a rich flavor. The dashi is freshly prepared at restaurant is extracted from horse mackerel and Soda bonito flakes and combined with local specialty tamari soy sauce. Enjoy the hot soup until the end in our original earthenware pot.

Our store is run by Yamamotoya Honten, a miso stewed udon specialty store that was founded in 1902. Development staff who love curry formed a team and started developing Curry Udon. We have created the ideal curry stew udon by making use of the know-how of dashi, noodles, and earthenware pots that we have cultivated through our miso stew udon. Please enjoy this dish that inherits Yamamotoya Honten's commitment to food! We value playfulness and aim to provide products and spaces that satisfy our customers.

The inside of the store is deliberately designed to refrain from looking like an udon restaurant. The interior is very stylish, inspired by a diner in Brooklyn, New York.
