Food Delicious Tempura made with fresh local ingredients, crisply fried in Taihaku sesame oil
Fresh ingredients such as seafood and vegetables landed in Mikawa Bay and Ise Bay are thinly coated Tempura. The ingredients are cooked with artisanal heat to bring out the best flavors of the ingredients. The oil used is a unique blend of mainly thick white sesame oil, and the crispy fried Tempura has a light flavor with a rich, full-bodied flavor that is appealing. The evening course includes three different types of salt to taste. The original "fried foods" that come with the course, such as "wrapped fried salmon roe" and "Tajima beef wrapped in shiso leaves," are also popular.

We have about 10 types of seasonal cold sake, mainly Niigata's famous sake ``Midorikawa'', and about 7 types of wine, mainly from France. We offer a lineup that allows you to enjoy the uniqueness of each brand, such as dry and fruity. We place emphasis on sharpness of flavor so that no Tempura remains by the time the next dish arrives, and you can enjoy any of our drinks as ``drinks with meals'' that do not interfere with the flavor of the tempura. Please enjoy it at your leisure between courses.

The owner of the shop with a craftsman's skin and the proprietress who never stops smiling are two people who manage the Tempura specialty store [Tenbura Nakae]. The owner, who has loved Tempura since he was a child, has more than 20 years of apprenticeship and is still devoted to Tempura research. The taste of the famous restaurant in front of Tokyo Edomae, which he felt was the most delicious, is further arranged in his own way. While following the "Edo-mae-style Tempura fried in sesame oil", we are pursuing originality, such as using our own unique compound oil, mainly thick white sesame oil.
