◆前説
名古屋市内で「ふらり寿司」を展開する「㍿プライムサービス(名古屋市西区)」が、新しく始めた業態、、と言っても、生サーモンと海老を得意とする海鮮系を中心としたメニュー揃えで、本業の寿司も取り扱っている。ま、そういう意味では、前ここにあった「ふらり寿司」のマイナーチェンジにすぎない店とも言える。
とは言え、“旨い魚と酒を大衆価格で“を売りにしている大衆酒場なので、料金が安いことが期待できるが、小生、夜の徘徊を控えている現在、その真偽については不明だ。なお、ランチ料金については、、世間一般で言う大衆食堂とは一線を画する設定となっている、、？((‘;’)ふ〜ン、安くないンだ、、？)

☆加点ポイント
◾︎海鮮系のお店で、揚げ物系定食は不本意な発注ではあるが、このメニューには、店自慢の海老が入っている。店推しは無視できないからネ。でもサーモンがないのが残念だ。((‘;’)あれ？週替わりランチZは、両方あるよ、、ハハン、1485円がネックになってるようだナ、、？)
◾︎確かにランチメニューには、1000円以上が多く並んで、とても大衆食堂とは呼べない料金設定。が、それはあくまでも最終的な支払い料金のこと。その中身を見てみると、メインの鷄南蛮、大海老フライ、ヒレカツがどれも主役級の存在感。サラダもかなりたっぷり。言わば３つの定食が１つに同居している状態。さらに茶碗蒸し、副菜等まであり、ごはん味噌汁もおかわり自由。いわゆるCPが抜群ということだ。そういう意味で、やはりこの店は“大衆食堂“なのかな、、((‘;’)分かったか！この唐変木！！、、お店を代表して言ってやったワ。)
◾︎しかも、調理や味つけ、盛付けに至るまで全てが上等。“大衆食堂“のチープさは微塵もない。日本料理店 レストランレベルだ。また来て食べたくなる、そんなリピート感を抱かせる美味しいお店だ。((‘;’)二度と来ンじゃないよ！このすっとこどっこい！！、、人類を代表して言ってやったワ、、？)

◾︎名古屋やその周辺地域では、料理を特別豪華にするためと思われるが、時々この茶碗蒸しが付いてくる、、確かに昔は、ハレの日や祝い事の席に“茶碗蒸し“は出されていた。が今は、、何か古くさい感じがする、、やはりこのエリアが今だに戦国時代の“三英傑LOVE“を引きずっているせいなのか、、((‘;’)田舎ってこと？、、)
