Nagoya Fushimi "Charcoal Grilled Yakitori and Delicious Sake Tachiki" This is a bar where you can enjoy natural wine, carefully selected sake, and yakitori made from freshly ground Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers). Freshly ground Kinso-dori chicken is grilled over binchotan charcoal. On this day, we had "Okogi ohitashi" (boiled okogi), a wild vegetable that can only be found in southern Shinshu and parts of Yamagata Prefecture. The unique, crunchy texture is addictive, and the taste is similar to chrysanthemum. "Horsesashi Direct from Kumamoto" The high-quality red meat is delicious with no odor, and the mane melts in your mouth very well. Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) has a light saltiness and a strong chicken flavor. Thank you for the meal. ・Le Pech Abusé 2017 / Ludovic Bonnelle(フランス)にあわせて焼き鳥一本追加という無茶ぶりに、いつもよりタレ焦がしめの皮、素晴らしい相性でした!

白2019〜2021、赤2018〜2021を飲み比べ
どちらもヴィンテージが違うとかなり味わいが変わります、白は2020が好み、赤の2018はそれ以降とかなりテイスト変わりますね、2019が良い感じでした

塩梅よくワインにもよいですね、手羽先、ハツモト、つくね、砂肝、レバーを堪能
「ニラ玉」
ニラのお浸しに醤油漬け卵黄をあわせた一品、シャキシャキ感と旨みとのバランスよく日本酒でもワインでもいけますね

硬めの米に焼き鳥とタレと白髪葱でこちらも病みつき系です

さっぱりと旨みを楽しめるすぐ出る一品、ナチュールにもお酒にもあい万能です
「とり塩ラーメン」
さっぱりながら旨みしっかりのスープはスープのみでも注文できます、麺は細麺ですすりやすい〆の一皿です
焼き鳥は塩控えめで鶏の味わいしっかりで良いですね
名前忘れましたが牛、羊、山羊などの乳の混入チーズの旨みが凄かったなー

「熊本直送 馬刺し(上赤身)」
臭みなく上質な赤身が美味しいですね、イタリアのナチュールと美味しくいただきました
焼き鳥は塩は控えめで鶏の味わいしっかりで良いですね、この日の「レバー」はとても綺麗な味わいで美味しかったなー
