ランチ時にフラッと来店
階段を上がると非常に活気のある店内
居酒屋が本業のようですが
ランチ時は定食屋に変わります
広めの店内に広めのキッチン
5人程の料理人男性が声を出しながら調理
ホールは3人くらいの女性が切り盛り
店員さんが親切に教えてくれました
サラリーマン男性がおかわりをもらいに
カウンターでお茶碗を渡す光景が印象的でした
クロダイのあらいをよく知らず食べたのですが
コリコリ歯応えがあってプリプリして
卵も冷奴もとりからもどれも美味しくて
良い素材を使ってるなぁと感じました
活気って大事だなぁと感じました
リピもちろんアリです
