栄ら辺から歩いて行きました( ´艸｀)
アレルギーなど困難を超えて新しいスタイルに辿り着いたと他の方のレビューで見て独自の鮨スタイルが気になってました( ´艸｀)
ビルに到着したら一瞬あがる場所を間違いかけました笑
ちょっとミスりながらお店に到着。
綺麗な場所で結構いい感じ( ﾟДﾟ)
ちょうど2組だったので変なわちゃわちゃ感もなく落ち着いて食べれるいい環境！
無事スタート。
少し飲みながら食べ進めますがやはり美味しい。
そして肉が出てきたりしますがそのどれもアレルギーがある中でいかに鮨屋として楽しんでもらうかを考え抜かれているんだろうなと思いながら食べて行きました。
全部美味しい！
あとシャリがかなり好みのものでびっくり。
これはかなり良い。
たくさん握りが出るわけじゃ無いのでThe、鮨屋という感じでは無い。
新型の鮨屋感はあるもののそのどれもが美味しい。
むしろこんな店が増えるのもありなのかもなとすら思いました。
とても楽しくいい食事になりました。
