I visited Hanare Fushimi who sipped chicken soba. This is a Ramen restaurant located in the Fushimi area of Nagoya. When I went there after 9pm on a weekday, there were two seats available at the counter, so I was able to get in without waiting. I ordered extra chicken soba char siu (1100 yen) from the ticket vending machine at the entrance. The rice bowl is ready in about 5 minutes. The soup is espuma chicken hot water. It's rich and delicious. The noodles are apparently made by kneading the flour used in Sanuki udon, and they are smooth and go down smoothly. Above all, the rare char siu is the most delicious! When I added the ramen pepper on the table, it tasted like street Ramen, which was also a nice touch. Thank you for the meal!
