This is a dried fish restaurant in Fushimi♪ I was a bit hungry, so I made a reservation just in advance, and it happened to be open so I stopped by. I used to frequent the store and had known about its existence for a while, but this was my first time. Moreover, I had a bit of a misunderstanding and thought it was a Grilled skewer restaurant, but it turned out to be a restaurant famous for dried fish dishes.I wanted to fill my stomach, so I ate a few simple things, but they were all charcoal-grilled and delicious. I wanted to eat more and knew that dried fish dishes were famous before I finished them, but I decided to save it for the next time. Lol I'm in the neighborhood and would like to visit again ♪ [Order menu] - Stewed beef tendon (appetizer) → I wanted a second helping of melted pork. - Grilled smoked quail (350 yen) → Grilled in the charcoal oven in front of you and simply eat with salt. Delicious - Steamed duck loin (550 yen) →This is my favorite dish. The duck is also soft.・Finish with charcoal grilled mackerel (650 yen) → I happened to be sitting in front of the fire and watching the mackerel being grilled, and the mackerel was dripping with oil and looked delicious as it was roasting, so it was delicious to eat.・Grated mackerel (350 yen/piece) → This is eaten by dipping it in ponzu sauce, and it's juicy and delicious.・Red sea bream and sour cream (350 yen/bottle) → Sour cream goes well together. It was my first time to try this combination, but it was delicious. ・Golden sea bream, tomato, and basil (350 yen/bottle) → This was my favorite of the ones I ate. The tomatoes were grilled just right during the Thai cooking. I can't stand it. There were many other dishes I wanted to try, but I stopped because I was too hungry.
