こちらは名駅に2店舗、他にも数店ある立ち食い寿司で有名な極寿司さんの高級ラインです。
移転した映画館の跡地にできた商業施設の、ちょっと隠し通路みたいな階段を上がっていったところにあります。
ネタに合わせてシャリのお味を変え、握る強さも変えてらしてお口の中でほろほろと崩れる絶妙なバランスが素晴らしかった！
かわはぎは大将が置いた瞬間からお寿司のフォルムが変わっていくので一瞬で食べてしまったためお写真はありません。
お椀もののおだしもほっとするようなやさしい塩梅でとってもあたたまりました。
いまはあんこうの季節ということでひとり鍋を用意していただき幸せな気持ちに☺️
噂に聞いていたファアグラの茶碗蒸しも食べてみたかったなぁ。
あ、でも先日お寿司屋さんが巷で話題になってた際に拝見したnoteにも書いてあった、はだてのうにをいただくことができて大感激でした！
秋にできる新しいお店も楽しみですね！
