シャトーブリアンコース(¥10,000)
店名の通り、ビーフ推しのお店ですが、なぜかステーキ百名店ではなく、洋食百名店のお店です。ランチはハンバーグがありますが、夜はステーキのみ。なぜ洋食百名店なのかは謎です。
ビーフステーキはシャトーブリアンがあったので、せっかくなので予約時に注文しました。
しっかり味が付いており、ソースはなく、そのまま頂きます。やはり、シャトーブリアン。上質な柔らかさと味わいです。バターをつけてたまに味変しながら頂きましたが、個人的には、ソースやガーリックもあればなお嬉しかったです。肉質がいいので、何もいらないということだと思いますが、そういう方は何もつけずに食べればいいだけなので、もうちょっと色んな食べ方があった方が満足度は高かったと思います。とはいえ、やっぱり美味しいシャトーブリアンには変わりなく、それなりに満足感はありました。
ご飯も大きな釜で炊かれ、しっかり粒立ちしていて美味しいです。名古屋コーチンの生玉子も頂けます。
ステーキとしては満足しましたが、やっぱり、洋食百名店ではなく、ステーキ百名店でいいと思います。
