The luxurious Tahitian vanilla cream Cream Puffs has a deep aroma, and it boasts a fragrant cookie puff and chewy custard. In addition, the Mont Blanc is a fall/winter only item, where you can enjoy homemade cream made by soaking European chestnuts overnight in vanilla syrup and then carefully straining them. We also accept reservations for whole cakes. This assortment of baked goods, each made with care, is perfect as a business souvenir or celebratory gift.

ChefMr. Ryo Hasegawa - Local ingredients x French sweets
Mr. Hasegawa was born in Gifu Prefecture in 1986. After graduating from Nagoya Confectionery College, he started his career at a hotel in Nagoya. He trained at the famous Patisserie Paris Seveille in Jiyugaoka, Tokyo, and honed his skills in New York. After that, he returned to Nagoya and gained experience as a chef pastry chef at various Restaurants. Opening in Fushimi, Nagoya in 2021. We pour our passion into sweets every day in order to provide sweets of the same quality every day, valuing the five senses that make us feel delicious.

``Patisserie Pash'' is located on Fushimi Misono-dori Street in Nagoya. The owner, Mr. Hasegawa, who has worked as a pastry chef at numerous Restaurants, including the famous Tokyo restaurant ``Paris
...Seveille'' and New York ``Dominique Ansel,'' mainly uses locally grown fruits. We offer French sweets unique to Nagoya. Each sweet is carefully crafted with the passion of the producer and pastry chef, and each one has a distinct taste. We also have a wide selection of gifts and baked goods, which are also recommended as business souvenirs.
