The meat used in Hamburg steak is Hida beef. It is characterized by being hard and meaty. The basic size is 200g, but W size is also available◎Enjoy it with the soft onion sauce made with chopped onions! We have multiple types of cheese-wrapped Hamburg available, so choose the one that suits your mood and preference! At lunch, you can get unlimited refills of soup and rice, which is a good deal.In addition to Hamburg, we also have Himagadonburi, which is similar to Seafood Bowl, and a slightly more luxurious American Steak.

Hida beef is also used for Yakiniku (Grilled meat). It's richer than regular meat, has a sweet aftertaste, and has a strong flavor! Luxurious cuts such as thick-sliced sirloin Steak and chateaubriand, as well as loin, short ribs, and skirt steak are all made with Hida beef. For Salted beef tongue and harami sashimi, we offer high quality regular domestic beef. In addition to meat, there are also a variety of a la carte dishes such as ``Bikkuri Tomato'' and ``Tail Soup.'' Single drinks are the same at both Hamburg and Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurants! We recommend lemon sour and grapefruit sour, which go well with meat. Makgeolli is characterized by something a little different. We blend frozen makgeolli and unfrozen makgeolli so that even when it melts, the taste doesn't dilute and you can drink it cold! We also have a wide selection of soft drinks including Korean juices! All-you-can-drink is available only at Yakiniku (Grilled meat). Makgeolli, chamisul, and fruit chamisul are not eligible.
