Unaki is an eel specialty store located in Fushimi, Nagoya, Aichi. I went on a business trip to Nagoya for the first time in half a year, and when I say Nagoya, it's ``eel.'' At least here and this eel. I chose Unaki, which is close to my office. This time, I didn't order the hitsumabushi, but ordered the eel bowl bamboo (¥4,400). The rice bowl is ready in just 10 minutes. It consists of one eel, liver sucking, egg yolk, one dish, and Ice cream. The eel is grilled directly in the Kansai region. It has a nice crunchy texture. The sauce is sweet, typical of Nagoya, but there's not a lot of sauce on it, so it's easy to eat. The aroma of the charcoal fire is also nice! The liver soup is a thin soup that serves to wash away the sweetness of the sauce. The scent of bonito is delicious. And egg yolk. . . I wasn't sure when to put it in. Instead of pouring it directly onto the eel, I poured it toward the bottom of the bowl, using Sukiyaki like method of eating it while dipping it in the egg yolk. After the meal, it was ice cream, vanilla ice cream that spread like Turkish ice cream. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal
