そして、なんと鮨いつきさんは新栄町の鮨はなやまさんの跡地に移転！！
鮨店と鮨店がお互い移動し合う形のトレード移転です。
山下大将と二番手の山田氏がカウンターに立ち
名古屋ではまだまだ少ないタネによって米酢と赤酢の舎利を2種類ネタにより使い分け。
マグロは仲卸「やま幸」さんから仕入れして
コースに赤身、中トロ、大トロ、トロタク巻きの4種を取り入れ、つまみ8品に握り11貫、味噌汁、玉子、デザートついておまかせコース15,000円（税込）らしからぬ圧倒的なクオリティで"おまかせコース15,000円最優秀賞"を送りたいです。
おまかせ1万円中盤台の鮨店で
名古屋エリア最高峰と言っておきます。
