丸の内（名古屋の）に２０２４年２月５日に開店したうどん屋さん、山長弥栄本町通にうかがいました。
以前は鶏料理のにお店があった場所。
平日の１２時前にほぼ満席、カウンターラスイチに滑り込みました。
スマホオーダーですが、通信状態が悪く、普通に店員さんにオーダーしました。
いただいたのは、
鶏天うどん ９３０円
鶏天３個とナス天、舞茸天が入って、
なかなかボリューミーです。
御出汁は、関西風との触れ込みですが、
個人的には普通に美味しい名古屋の出汁です。
うどんは自体も美味しいです。
帰るときには長蛇の列でした。
美味しくいただきました。
