We use carefully selected ingredients from Yamacho Shoten, a long-established dashi soup shop in Osaka that was founded in the first year of the Ansei era. You can enjoy the natural soup stock made from the restaurant specialty ``bonito flakes'' carefully shaved by craftsmen and ``kelp'' carefully selected by a reliable connoisseur. For lunch, we offer ``udon,'' which features chewy homemade noodles and a wide variety of varieties. In the evening, we offer dishes that make use of dashi, such as ``Oden'' and ``Dashi Suki,'' as well as dishes made with seasonal ingredients. Please enjoy our proud taste made with no additives or chemicals.
