名古屋市中区丸の内 桜通本町の交差点に２月５日にオープンした「山長弥栄」へ訪問。
大阪の老舗 山長商店の鰹節を使用した「関西うどん」のお店。
大阪の本町にある本店は、ミシュランビブグルマン2年連続選出・食べログ１００名店にも
選出されたお店のようです。これは期待できます。
１２時前に到着すると、すでに店内は満席。寒空の下、店外に５人並んでみえました。
店内は、ウッド調のカウンターとテーブルが２つ。スッキリした店内。
元気の良い職人さんっぽい方２人と若い店員さんが厨房で手際よく、うどんを茹でています。
オーダーしたのは、鶏てんぶっかけと、たまごと鰹節のご飯。
うどんのコシが強烈！かえしのお汁ともバランスがマッチしてて食べ応え抜群です。
鶏天も下味がしっかりしてて、熱々プリプリで満足感高し。
揚げ物も揚げたてで出してくれるので口の中、やけどしますww
せっかくなので、大判きつねうどんのあったかいものもオーダー、。。。

こちらもしっかりしたコシのあるうどん、そして強烈な鰹出汁の汁が新鮮。
関西風うどんと、讃岐うどんを足して割ったような感じでしょうか。
メニューが少なく感じましたが、オープニング２週間は縮小メニューのようで。。。
月末には、グランドメニューが展開されるとのこと。。。。
夜の部は、一転して、鴨しゃぶ 鰤しゃぶ うどんすきコースに加えて、濃厚鰹出汁のおでんや
一品料理も出される様子、、、また春にはおばんざいも展開するとのこと。。。
次回は、仲間と夜の部に訪問してみたいと思います。
お昼は、近隣のサラリーマンの皆様のランチで当面混雑しそうな予感でした。
