温かいうどんと冷たいうどんは、蕎麦と中華そばくらい違う食べ物です。
迷ったら両方。
ということで、冷たいうどんと、温かいうどんの二杯オーダー。
うどんのお出汁に油が浮くのは、すき焼きのお肉にイチゴジャムがかかってるくらい嫌なので、キツネのお揚げは別皿オーダーに。
快く応じてくれました。
澄み切ったウチュクシイお出汁に、おれのあそこはビンビン。
んー、出汁。これこれ。関西じゃない、もちろん讃岐でもない、名古屋人のためのお出汁。
いやん。チュキ。
ホットだとちょっと物足りない麺も、冷やだとガッチガチで、痛がられるくらいぶっとい。
手うちかってくらい、不揃いな武骨系。
