名古屋市中区栄にあります東急ホテル2階『レストラン ロワール フレンチ』さんへ訪問しました。
こちらのお店は鉄板焼きへは何度か伺っていましたが、フレンチコースを頂くのは初めてになります(^^)♬
百名店フレンチ部門を2021.2023.連続受賞されているので楽しみにコースを予約の上に伺いました。

どのお料理も食材の新鮮さがあります。又、フレンチ特有なソースのバランスが絶妙な美味しさです。
シェフ・ド・ランの方は適度な接客がなく、近すぎず心地良く過ごせました。そして料理の説明も親切分かりやすく丁寧でした。
ソムリエの方は、知識が豊富なので会話も弾みます。美味しいお酒を選んで頂けるので、より一層楽しく過ごせました。
『ロワール フレンチ』では、鉄板焼きとは違った落ち着いた雰囲気の中でゆっくりと夕食を楽しむ事ができました。
