何度かお邪魔しています
美味しいのはもちろんですが、盛り付けも見目麗しく雰囲気もいいです。
サンシャイン栄の真横という立地からか、もっと居酒屋っぽいのかなー？ってなんとなく思っていたのですが
オシャレな雰囲気のお料理がたくさん出てきました☺️
この日はカウンター席に座らせて頂いたのですが
料理長の手際の良さったら…✨✨
お一人で全て作られてるそうなので、感心しっぱなしでした。
毎回お料理が違うのもとってもポイント高く、今までにハズレもありません。
お刺身も鮮度よく、お仕事をされてる感じの一手間かけたものがいただけます
説明して頂きましたが、お魚の種類忘れちゃった
でもどれも美味しかったー！
お肉、お魚、お野菜とバランス良く出して頂いて、もっと食べたーいってなりますが
気がついたらお腹いっぱいに。。。
〆のスッポンのお雑炊も絶品でした
