マイレビ様に教えてもらい、
高級寿司店で、ランチです。
ランチなら、1000〜1500円で戴けます。
カウンターに案内されました。
握り寿司ランチ 1500円
カウンターに、板さんはいますが、
ランチのお寿司は、カウンターの板さんではなく
中の厨房で作るようです。
しばらくして、配膳。
握り寿司５貫、いくら、鉄火巻、小鉢、茶碗蒸しです。
まぐろ、鯛、イカ、小鉢は普通。
茶碗蒸しは、まぁまぁ美味しい。
美味しくて、３回跳ねました。
1つめ、鉄火巻
マグロは普通なんですが、海苔が美味しい。

2つめ、たまご焼き
ほんのり甘い、これまた好きな味

２つめ、鯖
これは、本当に好きな味で凄く美味しかった。
鯖だけ、お代わりしようかと思ったくらい。
美味しい！美味しい！ピョコンピョコン⭐︎
そういえば、最近、シャリが硬いと
気にならない。
何軒かで感じた、名古屋の寿司、
シャリが硬い問題、なんだったんだろ。
お昼からコースがいただけるようで、
わたし以外のお客様は、個室で
8000円コースを召し上がっていました。
8000円のコースのお寿司は、
カウンターの板さんが、作ってます。
カウンターを、ひとり占領し
板さんの仕事ぶり眺めながらのお食事でしたが、
仕込みをしながらも、わたしのお茶の様子まで
チェックしていて、なくなる頃、
フロアの人に声をかけて、お代わりのお茶が
出てくる。細やかな気遣いが嬉しかったです。
天ぷらや焼き魚も、気になります。
また、来ます。
8000円のお寿司は、苦手なネタがあると
交換してもらえるみたいだけど、
ランチも、鯛やイカを、鯖と交換してくれないかな。
駄目か。
