We are proud of the Hiroshima-yaki grilled by the owner, who is originally from Hiroshima and has been honing his cooking skills since he was a child. We are open every day with the hope that people in Nagoya can also enjoy Hiroshimayaki. Among them, the most important thing is the noodles. Normally, we use Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) noodles, but our noodles are custom-made Chinese noodles made by a noodle manufacturer. It has a high proportion of eggs and has a light taste, and is not coated with oil so it is not greasy.

We are particular about using domestically produced meat and vegetables. We carefully select vegetables from a greengrocer we have contracted with for many years, and the cabbage, mainly grown in Aichi Prefecture, is delicious even raw. Moisture is essential for steaming, so we carefully adjust the humidity of the cabbage, and we also pay attention to the temperature and humidity environment in which we grow the bean sprouts. We use eggs that were born that day, so we are confident in their freshness. The dough is seasoned with alcohol and salt and has a texture that doesn't fall apart.The sauce uses Otafuku.

Outside of Hiroshima Prefecture, it is called brisket, front rib, shoulder rib, etc., and it is a rare cut that can only be harvested from a single cow at around 2 kg. It is characterized by a strong marbled flavor, and the more you chew, the richer the flavor becomes. It has a firm texture, and the crunchy texture of the fatty meat will make you addicted once you eat it. In addition, the juicy and fatty offal, geso, and chicken seseri are also popular.

Enjoy it in a frozen mug♪We also have a wide variety of shochu, especially sweet potatoes. ``Carp Biiki'' is particular about using only Hiroshima Prefecture products, including the raw materials such as potatoes, water, and the bamboo charcoal used for finishing. ``Nichinan Haku'' is a shochu from Nichinan City, and it comes in a red metallic bottle inspired by the Red Hell, which is used by a very popular baseball team in Hiroshima Prefecture. The shochu is made from potatoes grown in the rich land and left to mature in jars for over three years.
