ナゴヤドームで野球の野球観戦後、栄に戻り焼肉屋を探しここにたどり着きました。飛騨牛推しの店みたいです。ナゴヤドームも飛騨牛の看板広告が駅から球場までの通路に散見され気になっていたので渡りに船かも。
住吉の奥の方に店はあります。半個室で雰囲気はいいですね。二人での利用です。
今流行の氷結レモンサワーで乾杯。レモンが大量にインされているのはありがたいですがドリンクが異様に少なくただのレモンジュースみたい。追いサワーをその後も注文するけれどレモンの氷はとっくに溶けているので温い微妙な飲み物に。
チョレギサラダは外さないメニューですが普通に美味しく肉も期待が膨らみます。
肝心の焼肉ですがまずはタン盛りから。タンは飛騨牛では当然なさそうです。それは致し方ないでしょう。冷凍も名古屋ではしょうがないかな。牛タン、厚切り牛タン、短冊切りたんの三種。まあ普通です。短冊切りは硬いゴムのようでした。
牛兵衛人気肉盛りは看板メニューです。飛騨牛牛兵衛カルビは脂身が多すぎ。飛騨牛言ってもピンキリなのを体感できるメニューかも。特選和牛はやや肉厚で飛騨牛ではないですがサシもきれいに入っていてバランスも良くジューシーです。霧島豚カルビは豚バラですから豚カルビとは言いようです。普通かな。国産セセリ。これを国産うたってるのは牛タンが輸入なのでしょうと思ってしまいます。しかしこれは美味いです。今日イチかも。
ハラミは肉肉しくジューシーでいいのではないでしょうか。
他に単品でハラミを頼んでしまっていた。人気肉盛りに入ってかぶってました。けどハラミは悪くないからよかったです。黒毛和牛切り落としカルビと上ホルモンも最初から頼んでしまっていたけど別に盛り二皿で結果的にはよかったかなぁ。
焼肉は名古屋特に栄だと無理しても高級店に行くべしと痛感しました。
