Food Lightly made with homemade vinegar sauce and yuzu pepper♪ Famous Hot Pot-style motsu Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot)!
Our Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) has a light taste similar to chicken Hot Pot. The thin chicken broth, which took half a day to prepare, is full of collagen.The skin of Gyoza / Dumpling is placed on top instead of a lid, and the toppings, such as fresh offal, are served with a homemade vinegar sauce based on Kyushu soy sauce and yuzu pepper to make it even more light. For customers who don't like offal, we also have pork belly, so please feel free to ask our staff.

There are approximately 40 types of Kyushu shochu available at any given time, including those not listed on the menu. We are gradually changing our selection of seasonal new shochu, and we also have rare brands that are not widely available. We especially recommend Chizuru, which is pure black with a satisfying drink and is easy to drink. We also consult with a liquor store that specializes in Japanese sake, and carefully select sake from fruity varieties such as popular versions of contest-winning brands to traditional dry varieties. Plum wine is also abundant, and not only women but also men these days often drink it to finish their meals.

Ingredients such as horse sashimi from Kumamoto are purchased from Kyushu, and the soy sauce that goes with the dishes is all made in Kyushu. ``Ponpon'' is made by frying thinly sliced beef aorta in sesame oil.It looks simple and has no taste, making it a perfect accompaniment to alcohol. We also have a wide variety of other specialties that go well with alcohol, such as ` Grilled offal'', which is a large, plump offal grilled on a griddle and finished with special soy sauce, and juicy bite-sized ``Yaki Gyoza / Dumpling'' from Fukuoka.
