貝料理がすきなので
名古屋の貝専門店杉むらさんへお邪魔しました。
夜に行ったのですが楽しみにしていた貝は
その日3種類しかありませんでした。
ツブ貝の刺身を注文して出てきたのは長方形の形をした岩塩。ヒマラヤ産で薄ピンク色をしていました。
これにツブ貝を5秒ほど擦り付けて食べます。
わ!醤油をつけて食べるより美味しい!
醤油で味が濃くなるより岩塩をつけることによっで貝刺身の本来の新鮮な味が余計に引き立ちました♡
他にあんこう鍋を頼みました。やはり冬は鍋があったまります^ ^
店内は落ち着く居酒屋風。ママの接客が上手で
またふらっと来たくなるお店でした。
貝と日本酒好きならこちらをお勧めします。
