2020年10月_土曜日の18:05頃に再訪。
2011年7月以来、実に約9年3ヶ月ぶり‼︎(通算で4〜5回目の利用) 本当に久しぶりになりました！(投稿は今回初めて)
コチラの「杉むら」さんは、栄南エリアにある、貝料理がメインのお店。
開店直後に訪れるも、既にテーブル席・カウンター席ともに先客が複数いらっしゃいました。なかなかの盛況ぶりです(^^)
この日のオススメや、ショーケースにある貝類なども確認しながら、

をトータルではオーダー。
先ずは、お通しを摘みながら、ビールでのんびり(^^)このお通しの"鮭の白子"が旨旨！
"赤なまこ"や"セルガキ"は、鮮度抜群！間違いの無い美味さ(^^)
そして、女将さんお手製の"くんせい盛り合わせ"と"ポテトサラダ"。
"くんせい盛り合わせ"は、毎回オーダーしてきたメニュー。ただ、女将さんの気分⁈で仕込まれるので、ありつけない時もあるそう(^^;)
※コロナ禍の頃は、あまり仕込んでいなかったそう。
私は、運が良いのか、この"くんせい盛り合わせ"を食べて来られています(^^)
女将さんオススメの"レバー"など、どれもいい感じの燻し具合で、風味が抜群！お酒のお供には最高です(^^)
この辺りで、日本酒のオススメを女将さんに聞いて、出してくれたのが"赤とんぼ"。その場で封を開けていただきました(^^)フルーティなタイプ。
続いての"ポテトサラダ"は、"ブラックペッパー"や"いぶりがっこ"⁈アクセントになっていて、コレもお酒に合います(^^)
最後に、お待ちかねの"赤貝"刺身が到着‼︎
見るからに、鮮度の良さが分かります‼︎(^^)お味は、語るまでも無く！(^^)
久しぶりの「杉むら」さん、堪能しました‼︎ご馳走様でした‼︎
今回は、間隔がかなり開いての訪問だったので、今後はもう少し頻度高くお邪魔しようと思います。
