やはりカウンターはテンション上がりますね。
今回は【握り】を投稿します。

最初の新子から女子が発動しましたね。
初めて頂きました。夏のこの季節が旬だそうです。
とても上品な味です。
写真では次に来ていますが、2枚目の左側のますのすけ、これまた印象に残ったお鮨です。
濃厚な味でねっとりした感じ。
間違いなく美味しいです。
烏賊には柚子がかけられていて、さっぱり美味。
久しぶりに雲丹、頂きました。
やはり好きなだけに美味しく感じます。贅沢なひと時。
そして、またまた印象深いのが、中トロの炙り。
こうやって炙るの初めてです。
香ばしい香りと生の食感も残っていて、これは至福の時でしたね。
伊勢海老の食感も堪能して大満足な時間となりました。

冗談抜きで、本当に好きなものだらけでしたね。
さっぱりと味付けされた夏野菜。
うちわのお皿が更に季節感を醸成してくれますね。
玉子焼きも美味しいし、じゅんさいが好きなんです。
ずいきも美味しくて、本当に箸休めにならんやつ笑笑
そして、この茶碗蒸し。旨。
旨味たっぷりで最高！
鮑、きた！歯ごたえも味も文句ないです。大好きなやつ。
そして、また好きな素揚げ。
最初に食べた時からめちゃ好き。
この素揚げ頂くと、良いお店来たなーって感じる今日この頃。
守口大根の手巻き、紫蘇が良いアクセントで好き。
伊勢海老さんお椀！久しぶり食べたなぁ。やはり好きな味。
そして、とろたく。素晴らしい〆になりました。

中々こういう「本物」のお店に来る事な無いから、心の中ではちょっぴり緊張していましたが、目の前で大将が気さくに話をして頂き、本当に素晴らしい時間と経験を頂きました。
