平日の夜予約してお邪魔しました♪
名古屋めしが食べられるとのことで
平日でも結構予約の方が見えられてました^ ^
サラリーマンやお子様連れのご家族など
お座敷があるので長居しやすいかも♪
そんな私たちは
靴をぬぎたくないので
テーブル席♪
注文を迷っていたら
イケメン店長？さんが色々アドバイスしてくれました！
金と銀の手羽先
しらすのお刺身
あおさのタコから
ダチョウのユッケ
あと、新メニューの味噌ケイチャン！
しらすは見るからに新鮮で
独特の食感♡たまらない
あおさのタコからは
日間賀島のタコにあおさの衣で揚げてあるみたい♪
いい香りと歯ごたえでもちろん美味しい♪
ダチョウのユッケ！
は恐る恐るたのんで見ました。
が、しっかりした弾力のある
赤身のお肉で全然美味しい！！
手羽先は金と銀でそれぞれ
こだわりのフレーバーと上にかかった
大量のゴマがインパクト！！
そしてよくある身の少ない手羽先ではなくって
しっかり身のついたおっきな手羽先♡
しかもこだわりの焼き方のようです♪
(店長さんが説明してくれたけど忘れました汗)
こういう手羽先求めてました！
最後に出て来たのが
味噌ケイチャン。
焼いて出てくるのかと思ったら
お鍋で出て来ました笑
なんでも30種類ほどの調味料を混ぜてるとか！
しばらく待って
お野菜がしなっとしてきたらかき混ぜて
またしばらく待つといい感じの食べごろ！
これは今日の中で1番好みです♡
もうお腹いっぱいだったけど
意外と進む、味噌ケイチャン！
ケイチャンはもちろんだけど
味噌が美味しいので野菜も進む！
追加したいくらい( ´艸｀)
その後友達は
締めに土手煮丼とデザート頼んでましたが
私はお腹いっぱい。
でもみんな美味しいーって騒いでて
羨ましかった( ´△｀)
店長さんをはじめ、
若い店員さんはみーんな感じがいいので
また絶対きたいと思うお店でした♪
