今日は和食が食べたい気分
食べログさんと相談の上、まだ未訪の東新町にある「ささや」さんへ
開店時間の11時半過ぎに訪問するとステーキランチでお世話になっている「鎌田」さんと同じビルなんですね〜
鎌田さんを通り過ぎて突き当たりに店はあります
店内に入ると如何にも和食屋さんの雰囲気でカウンター10席と座敷のテーブルが3つあります
面白いのはBGMはjazz！

開店時間直ぐですから私が1番のり
1人ですからカウンターに座りメニューを拝見
弁当と丼(鉄火、しらす、かき揚げ)がありますね
どのメニューにも「かき揚げ」が付けらるようですから推しなんですね多分
初訪問ですからメニュートップのお弁当のかき揚げ付きを頂きましょう
・旬菜弁当 月(かき揚げ付) 1100円
すると提供は素早く、1分もたたずに御膳が到着です
最後のかき揚げも程なく到着で揃いました
中々の品数で嬉しくなっちゃうね

メインのまぐろ団子煮は美味しい出汁で炊いてありふわふわで柔らか〜い
かき揚げは揚げの熱々！
玉ねぎ、牛蒡がメインでカボチャも入った野菜がメインで少しのエビがアクセント
塩で味付けさしてあり野菜の甘みが素敵です
炊き込みご飯も少量の人参、椎茸、牛蒡とシンプルな具材ですが塩梅良く好きな味です
あと小鉢のエノキの山椒煮が美味かった！
コレは酒が欲しい
他の料理もちゃんと手が掛かっており美味かったね〜
ランチで1000円オーバーは安くは無いですが、内容を考えるとコスパは素晴らしいね
夜は高いんだろうね〜
