I returned to Nishiki after finishing my trip to Takayama, but since it was already 8pm, I decided to go out to eat. By chance, I found this restaurant that said ``whale cuisine.'' There are not many opportunities to eat whale in countries other than Japan, and as a foreigner, I would like to try it. It's great to be able to enjoy a meal surrounded by the atmosphere of Izakaya (Japanese-style bar)! ! I felt comfortable with the polite customer service from the handsome staff. I ordered two types of whale dishes. The smell of whale has completely disappeared. The combination of the texture of beef Steak and the flavor of whale meat made it easier to eat than I expected, and it was really delicious! Personally, I like the shirako tempura the best. Because this is how Tempura is made, the outside is crispy and the milt in the middle is fluffy. The taste is soft and I recommend it! Thank you for the meal!
