4500円食べ放題コース
インスタで見かけて以来気になりまくっていた牛タンともつ鍋食べ放題のお店「藤嶋や」へ。
牛タンの食べ放題でも嬉しいのに、他にも牛ハラミや牛サガリ、鶏、豚いろいろなお肉も食べ放題、サラダやおつまみも食べ放題、更にもつ鍋まで食べ放題で飲み放題も付いて4500円。最早こちらのお店の方は頭大丈夫ですか？レベルのこのコース。
しかも、食べ放題だからお肉もそれなりの薄さとお味なのかなぁ…と言う想像を華麗に裏切ってくれるお肉の質！特に牛タンは分厚さが凄い。食べ放題のクオリティではないし、普通にアラカルトで頼んで出てきてもテンション上がるくらいの本気の分厚さ。
分厚いけど硬くなく、プリップリでジューシーなのでかなりのボリュームあるのに全然余裕で食べられます。私達2人で5人前は食べました。
他のお肉も美味しかったなぁ。サガリやハラミも美味しかったけど、ハツが臭みなく歯応えも良くて気に入った。
サラダやおつまみもなかなか美味しかったので、お肉に集中しようと思ってたけどついつい寄り道的に頼んでしまった。あ、サラダやおつまみも結構ボリュームあるので、調子に乗って頼みすぎると痛い目見ますよ。(経験者は語る)
お肉も結構食べたなぁと言うくらいに店員さんがそろそろ鍋にしますか？と聞いてくれるので、自分達でペース配分しなくてももつ鍋にシフトチェンジ出来たのはありがたかった。味はお店1番人気だと言う白味噌をチョイス。
運ばれてきたもつ鍋はやっぱり食べ放題のクオリティとは思えないボリューム。もつもかなり入っている。ちなみにもつももちろん食べ放題。ただ、このもつかなりの脂っこさで若干臭みがあったので、散々食べ放題し続けた胃にはキツかった。もつはノンお代わり。で、チーズ雑炊で〆ました。チーズ雑炊はすごく美味しかった。もつの臭みがスープに出てたら嫌だなって思ったけど、スープは白味噌のマイルドなコクにもつの旨味のみ加わってて絶品でした。よかった。もつ鍋のスープは白味噌とかチゲとか濃いめの方が後々〆のことも考えるといいかもなと思った。
私は食べ放題好きだから、こちらのお店はメニュー的にもクオリティ的にも大満足の内容でした。店員さんも元気で気配りが上手く、人気店でひっきりなしにお客が来るのに見事に捌いていた。
またぜひ来たいお店だけど、今度来る時はもう少し大人数で来たい。その方がいろいろ食べれてコスパ良く無理せず楽しめそう。
