The tender "thick-sliced Cow tongue" cut to the perfect thickness is a must-try, and is a proud delicacy! It is easy to eat because it can be cut easily, and the rich flavor fills your mouth with every bite. Another popular menu item, "Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot)), is made with a special soup that takes 8 hours to make. Choose from a wide variety of flavors, including white miso, soy sauce, umami salt, spicy chige, and Taiwanese Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot).
