当時、何かの雑誌かで見つけたお店だったかな
隠れ家的だし良さそうだなって予約しました。
建物の看板なども目立たないので本当に隠れ家でした！
カウンター席で作ってる様子...
ロブスターや、アワビ、国産牛を目の前の鉄板で作ってくれます。
ソースひとつひとつにもこだわっていて、野菜をもとに1から作られたソースが甘味を際立たせています。
