カウンター席にて目の前で鉄板で焼き提供されるスタイルです
飛騨牛はもちろん美味で、飛騨産のなめこや白桃のスープ、シーザーサラダなど自家製調味料などで
うまく味付けされており満足感たくさんでした⭐️
シェフのフランベも迫力ありました
ガーリックライスと味噌汁を追加しました⭐️
