貝専門店の昼営業は貝出汁ラーメン屋さん。定食もあるがここはやはりラーメン。三種類あるがコロナの影響か、年齢の問題か、最近味に関して鈍感になっているので濃口をチョイス。ランチはご飯付き、しかもセルフで生卵、貝しぐれ、漬物まで頂けコスパ良し。ラーメンにはアサリが10個位入って貝まみれではあるが、味覚音痴の影響か、そんなに出汁は感じらない、エッジの効いたザ醤油って感じ。トッピングは鳥チャーシュー2枚、かいわれ、多めの白ネギと女子受けしそうな見栄え。麺は少し平打ちでチュルンとした中細麺、悪くない。ただ、貝が邪魔して食べにくい。入り過ぎも考えものだ。全体的にはとてもうまし。次回、機会があったら塩いってみます。ごちそうさまでした。
