ひつまぶし花岡のひつまぶし本当においしい、ですね。
外はカリッとした食感。身はいいやわらかさです。
４つの召し上がり方が書かれているのですが
私が好きなのは、ひつまぶしに、わさびとだしをかけて
いただくシンプルなもの。
鰻のおいしさが一番ひきだされる気がします。
花岡の特色であるうめぼしもいい酸っぱさで
味にいい刺激を与えてくれます。
話を戻すと、この日の名古屋栄は寒くて雪もちらほら。
そんな寒い中３０分ほど歩いて
開店10分前に到着すると９番目に名前を記入。
そこからさらに１時間１０分外で待ち
（椅子があったのがありがたい）12時頃入店。
そこからさらに2,30分待っていただいたのですが
待っている時間も含めて楽しめました。
（本当寒かったですが）
店員さんの愛想もよく、気軽な会話もできて
最高の環境でした。
