予約は受けていないとの事で、40分位ウェイティングして入店
ひつまぶしか、うな重か迷ってひつまぶしに‼︎
周りを見渡しても皆んなひつまぶしでした(笑)
特上(1.5尾)、上(1尾)、花(3/4尾)、小花(1/2尾)があって、私は花(3/4尾)をオーダー
因みにご飯の量は同じみたいです
皮は香ばしく、フワッとしていてとにかく焼き加減がサイコー
梅干しとの相性も抜群に良くて、ホント美味しかった
日本酒もワイングラスで出てきたりと、待った甲斐あったなと思いました‼︎
